How Our Fursuit Heads Are Made

Every fursuit head is crafted with care and built to match your character as closely as possible. We offer two different base construction options, so you can choose what works best for your design, budget, and preferences.

3D Base

3d based head begins as a custom 3D model, designed in 3D software based directly on your reference sheet. This allows us to accurately capture your character’s proportions, shapes, and expression before printing. Using a fully 3D printed base ensures clean lines, strong structure, consistent symmetry, and a lightweight, durable foundation.

Once printed, the base is finished and detailed to bring your character to life, maintaining both comfort and visual accuracy.

Our heads are initially constructed from a 3D printed outline that is designed according to your reference sheet in 3D modeling software. We find that this makes it a lot easier to build up the foam foundation more accurately rather than starting from scratch with the foam.

The usual features of our fursuit heads include hair, tongues, follow-me eyes, teeth, and ears. Of course, we have a lot more available listed on the right and if you’d like something more than what is listed here feel free to ask!
